Garden Bean Contender

Garden Bean Contender is a heavy-yielding, open pollinated, green podded bush bean. The compact 30 to 50cm bush plants produce heavy yields of flavorful, medium green, tender, curved, oval, stringless 15-20cm long snap beans. The small stocky plants are excellent for use in raised beds. This variety is one of our earliest producers of the season. Snap beans are delicious fresh but also good for canning and freezing with no loss of quality. 55 days.
