Kale Chou Moellier

Kale Chou Moellier is a lovely hardy kale variety that just keeps on giving. Tastes a bit like a brassica blend of cabbage and brussels with a lovely crisp texture. Use it as a raw green veggie (young leaves), steam it, boil it, juice it,…. any way you want it. It does not really matter. It’s just an awesome crop to have in your winter garden.
